What is coBode?
coBode provides co-living homes for young professionals working in Stevenage and the surrounding areas.

Typically in their mid 20's to early 30's, our housemates are usually in the early stages of their careers and looking to live with other like-minded individuals in a safe, comfortable, modern home.
A little about us
At coBode, we own and manage all of our homes.
We don't use letting agents so you'll deal directly with us. This means we can provide a more personal service that's focussed on your needs and your feedback.
We're approachable, responsive and always striving to make coBode the best place to live. We bet you'll never hear that from a letting agent.
Community
Your housemates are people like you, and we hope you'll make friends for life here.
Chill, share a cup of tea, a glass of wine or visit the local restaurants.
Comfort
Just because you're young, you don't have to compromise on comfort or quality.
All of our housemates have their own modern, furnished room, often with en-suite bathroom. You'll also find fully kitted kitchens and comfy living areas in all of our houses.
Care
Moving to a new area can be stressful. Whether it's helping you settle in, finding the bus timetable or fixing the boiler we'll do all we can to take the hassle out of renting.

We also deal with all the health and safety requirements so you can be confident your home is safe and secure.
